The Artist:

Brad is an Omaha native and graduated from the University of NE-Omaha.  He has spent time at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts and has exhibited his work both locally and nationally, including paintings at the Bemis Center, Petshop Gallery, Split Gallery, Sioux City Art Center, Influx Gallery, and others.

Brad's creative process is fueled by a deep fascination with the human experience and our connection to the cosmos that surrounds us. He finds inspiration in pondering the meaning of our existence against the backdrop of an infinite universe. This curiosity ignites his imagination and drives him to translate this into unique works of art.

To materialize his abstract ideas, Brad employs acrylic paints and sheets of metal leaf. He manipulates these mixed media elements into both representational and abstract pieces. Vibrant orb-like shapes emerge as a signature motif, representing the energetic essence of people, landscapes, and observational phenomenon that captivate him.
